Stone Arch Bridge and high water

In early April I suggested that Barnharts accompany me to the Stone Arch Bridge to see the high waters in the Mississippi River. I even found some left over snow of our way above normal snowfall.

The ruins.

Calvin is thinking what's so great about this? I'm stuck in this chair with wheels.

Then we discovered some pre-historic bones below.

This is fun.

Gigi is in there some where. Peek a boo!

Very interesting.

The roaring river, but roaring enough to open the locks and let the water free-flow.

I left the house this morning with my smile on and it is still there.

Mee too. I close my eyes because I think the camera flash is going to go off.

Joe loves his sisters. everyone is smiling.

Goofy picture time.

Serious picture time. No I really mean it. Get serious. No. Wipe that smile off your face. Cut it out. Stop it.

Smile's still on.

Yep, it is.

Me too.

Ahhhh. What is so great about this! Boring! I need to get out of this rolling chair.

I finally got out and I am making a break for it. I am climbing up on the rocks for a better look.
